1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the service operated by Wend LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
We provide an encrypted network service that carries your internet traffic through our servers. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or reachable from every network.
3. Accounts and access
You can purchase without providing an email. We create your account automatically and give you an account code to recover it. Keep this code private and save it before paying. If you provide an email, sign-in links and your code open the same account. We do not require your real name.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, that abuse the service, or that we are legally required to act on.
5. Payment and renewal
Recurring plans are billed through our payment processor for the interval you choose and renew until canceled. One-time plans are charged once and give access for the duration shown at checkout, with no automatic renewal. USDC transfers made on our payment page and other cryptocurrency payments are prepaid and do not renew automatically. Prices and available payment methods are shown before you pay. Every payment, including for a one-day plan, can be refunded in full from your account within 7 days of successful payment, except payments in cryptocurrencies other than USDC. See our Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will post the updated version here. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States.
